The Northshore Chapter of Trout Unlimited http://www.northshoretu.org has an ongoing project to protect and restore the lower portions of Barr Creek so that it can be utilized by spawning salmon and steelhead as well as by overwintering Coho and Steelhead juviniles. On March 11th volunteers planted over 400 trees on the banks of Barr Creek to help stabilize the streambed and to provide shade in the summer. All files are Copyright © 2006 J.
