Hi Riders, Parents and Friends,
Thank you in advance for coming to the Troutstreaming site to view and order your pictures! We had great weather for early May, so there are a lot of really good images to choose from. Hopefully you will find something that catches your eye!
I do my image hosting, print, and order fulfillment through Smugmug, who has fantastic customer service. How to Order Pictures Tutorial:
1. Find your pictures:
Most jumping images will be in a folder listed by rider number and name in the Jump Into Spring Carbon River Pony Club Benefit Horse Show Gallery (if you are reading this, then you have already located this Gallery) in the Equestrian section of http://www.troutstreaming.com . If I was not able to identify a rider, then images were placed in the '00 Unknown Rider' or '00 Candids' folders. For flats classes, identification of the correct name/number is more difficult, so please check the appropriate '00 Class' folder for images as well.
2. View your pictures:
Smugmug supports a wide range of viewing styles to change how the images are viewed and laid out on your web page. These are controlled using the drop down list in the upper right portion of the top menu right next to the shopping cart. Images will be printed from full-size files, although only smaller proofs are viewable on the site.
3. Purchase your pictures:
Use the Buy: this photo multiple photos | view cart hyperlinks to add and manage photos you wish to purchase. Cookies need to be enabled on your browser for the Shopping Cart to function.http://www.smugmug.com/help/cookies Once images are in your cart, then you can select the product, size, and crop that you desire. Smugmug offers a vast assortment of products.
4. Print Proofing and Optimization:
After you place your order I am notified by Smugmug and will then review the images and print sizes that you have selected. If I think that the images need changes to their color or contrast I will make them before your order is printed. I will also add a small digital signature to the image at this time.
5. Printing and shipping:
Smugmug through their print service, will then print and ship your order. Smugmug offers a 30-day guarantee on their prints:http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-guarantee , but hopefully this will not be necessary.
